The store is very responsive, which is hard to find these days. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the items. I purchased the large and extra-large vacuum storage bags, and the quality seems inconsistent. Some seal tightly, while others keep opening, making it difficult to compress and store

Very disappointed as this bag was thin and split in the middle before even 1/4 of it had clothing. I had thought this to be a quality brand but I was wrong! Making too expensive in comparison with Amazon bags! Took weeks to come in!

The material and the size are great. I just wish that the suction hole is compatible with manual pump vacuum. I tried to vacuum the air with my vacuum but it didnt really suck up the air well. I tried to give pressure too but it was so hard to make it as thin as the manual pump result.
